The Assimilator™
How MindAptiv governs AI: the pipeline that turns any source document into a trust-certified Aptiv, the rubric that decides what ships, and the doctrine that keeps a human principal in final authority.
Assimilator is a trademark of MindAptiv, Inc. (U.S. trademark application pending).
The Assimilator™ is the bottom-up road into the shard library: eight phases, thirteen LLM agents, and two embedded deterministic analyzers that ingest any workaround (an RFP clause, an API spec, a FHIR schema, a DoD compliance document, legacy code) and resolve it into a governed Aptiv Spec.
GenAI proposes. Synergy® resolves. Every claim in the resulting Spec must trace to the source it came from: zero fabrication tolerance.
The trust rubric
Every Aptiv Spec the Assimilator™ produces is scored against a 100-point Health Monitor rubric before it can be written to a shard:
| Category | Points | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| Intent Fidelity | 40 | Does the Spec represent what the source actually says |
| Structural Integrity | 25 | Does the Spec pass schema and format validation |
| Domain Accuracy | 20 | Are domain-specific facts correct against the source |
| Governance Compliance | 15 | Does the Spec satisfy platform doctrine and gov flags |
A score of 95 or above ships to the shard. 75–94 is flagged for repair. Below 75, a Repair Agent is triggered automatically. Fabrication tolerance across all three thresholds is zero: one fabricated field fails the Spec outright, regardless of the rest of the score.
Deterministic gates
Before a Spec can advance to generation, it must clear five gates that run as fixed logic, not another model's opinion:
- No hard blockers left unresolved (some overridable by the Creator)
- Required Aptiv Spec fields present
- No fabrication findings
- At least 60% of candidates meet the confidence threshold
- Every finding carries a source reference
When a gate can't be satisfied, the pipeline doesn't guess; it holds the Spec and flags it for human review.
Multi-model governance
Governance in the Assimilator™ isn't scoped to a single model's output. Multiple connected GenAI providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, Meta Llama, xAI Grok, and others) can each submit a competing proposal for the same Aptiv. A separately designated arbitration model resolves between them, and every model call is cost- and provenance-tagged, whether or not its proposal wins.
Proof at scale
As of this writing, 15,704 Aptivs have been governed and registered through this pipeline and the Direct Synergy path combined, spanning verticals from Integration & Platform to Government & Defense. A further 30,797 Aptivs are under continuous Health Monitoring across 150+ audited shards, with automatic repair routing and zero fabrication tolerance enforced throughout.
Doctrine
"Synergy® resolves. GenAI proposes." An Aptiv Spec is a proposal; an Aptiv is a governed, registered, executed record. The human principal retains final authority.
